Service Delivery

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with instructions to access the workshop such as zoom link.

Since we offer digital/ in person workshops, webinars, and online courses, there is no physical shipping involved. The policy below outlines our delivery terms for digital services:

Confirmation Timeline

You will receive your confirmation email within 2 working days of the registrations
If you do not receive an email within 2 working days, please contact us immediately at office@piimh.com.

Rescheduling Policy:

If a workshop is postponed/cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified by email, and a new date will be offered.
We will refund the fee excluding GST to the participants Incase they cannot accommodate the rescheduled time

International Participants:

The delivery of online workshop links is the same for domestic and international participants. No additional charges apply.
